We are recruiting a Project Manager to work on a variety of construction projects across London and the South.
Your part in the team:
Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, you will lead on all aspects of Development and Project Management for specified Developments, Partnering Services, Capital Works and Variations. You will provide support to the team with project development and partnering services processes including project negotiations, stakeholder management, project appraisals, business case input, supply chain management, financial close and construction periods.
Your part in our journey: Over the last 15 years, gbpartnerships has developed buildings in excess of £300m. The expert and dedicated team currently manage and deliver asset services to an estate worth in excess of £800m. We also deliver consultancy services ranging from planning how to make best uses of existing space and identifying space surpluses or deficits, to implementing change and new ways of working.
Your profile:
Minimum 3-4 years’ experience working in a Project Management environment with demonstrable successes.
Ability to work at both strategic and operational levels.
Negotiating and influencing skills.
Excellent deal structuring skills with a good track record of successful projects.
Commercial and business acumen in shaping developments, fee proposals and managing risk.
You will be ideally located to work with our clients across London and the Southwest.
