We are recruiting for an experienced Marketing and Communications Manager to work with the Executive Management team - converting our corporate strategy and growth plans into marketing objectives, managing a marketing plan and budget to ensure those objectives are achieved.

Over the last 20 years, gbpartnerships has established itself as a respected leader in the planning, development and management of health estates and social infrastructure projects with specialist expertise in private public partnership (PPPs) to deliver and mange award winning new buildings.
We have grown to 80+ staff across the gbp group, with clear brand identities for our consultancy, development and management business divisions. Our growth plans seek to build on this solid foundation with a mixture of organic growth alongside our selective acquisition strategy. You will join us at a pivotal point in the company’s growth, with a new director Director Services business recently created, plans for diversification, and significant market changes on the horizon - presenting opportunities for you to make a huge difference to the businesses long-term success.
Your part in the team:
Reporting to the Group Business Development Director, you will work closely with the members of the Executive Team, as well as senior managers from across the business, to deliver against the marketing strategy by leading on all marketing and communications activity, spearheading our conferences and events, and supporting our major bids.
Your profile:
Degree and or professional marketing qualification/ equivalent e.g. CIM
Five years' experience of marketing in a services/consultancy environment
Excellent knowledge of business practice
Excellent knowledge of social media
Experience of devising business to business (B2B) strategies and strategic planning
Experience of multiple project management
Experience of managing budgets
You will preferably be located to work from our Birmingham headquarters 1 or 2 days per week in order to enable effective face to face meetings with the Executive Team as required.
Package includes:
Salary of £45,000-50,000 + bonus (dependant upon experience)
