On the 9th day of gbpartnerships’ 15 days of Christmas giving, a donation has been made to Cardiac Risk in the Young (CRY), a charity working to prevent sudden cardiac deaths amongst young people, through awareness, screening and research, and supporting affected families.
Nominated by gbp's Exec Chair, Paul Ferry, the £250 donation will help CRY to deliver more free cardiac screening events across the UK for young people. Paul became aware of the work of CRY. via Scott Hardy, who established TH96 to raise funds following the sudden death of his brother Tom. He now fundraises to provide free heart checks for young people, via CRY. Find out more about the work of CRY via the link below:
