We are delighted to announce that the Dartmouth Health and Wellbeing Centre won Project of the Year (under £5m) at the Michelmores Property Awards 2024.

The new Health & Wellbeing Centre that opened in 2023, was developed though gbpartnerships’ joint venture with Torbay and South Devon NHS Foundation Trust, with architects KTA, leading on the award-winning application.

The Michelmores Property Awards celebrate the best property, development and construction projects in the South West, bringing together all those who contribute to the region’s exciting property, real estate and construction sectors.

The Awards, which have long-championed sustainability and innovation, place the social, environmental, sustainable and economic values at the heart of it’s judging criteria. These attributes are considered to be just as important as the project’s aesthetics and purpose.

The competition recognises a wide range of commercial and residential projects, with shortlisted and winning schemes placed firmly in the industry’s spotlight.
