We’re delighted to introduce seven new colleagues who have joined the gbpartnerships manage team following September’s announcement of gbp’s appointment as the strategic partner of choice by Equitix.
Stewart Small, Andy Duck, Chris Walker, Jo Fyfe, Hannah Holman, Ravi Kumar and Jonathan Ball have joined us to deliver Director Services across the Equitix portfolio, which includes approximately 132 infrastructure assets. Additionally, Francesca Kavanagh expands her role, providing Director Services to three assets while continuing as Head of Management Services for the hub West Scotland Project Co’s.
This strategic partnership between gbpartnerships and Equitix aligns with the forthcoming handback period of PFI assets to UK Government and the coinciding shift in asset management priorities. Since 2018, our two organisations have built a strong track record of collaboration, particularly in the social infrastructure space.
